Work with Us

Colline del Vento is a family business, run by Gianluca and his father Mario with a small team. We have five hectares of vineyard in Località Brennas, Villasimius. That’s where we make our wine and where we host guests all year round: around 3,000 people a year for tastings, lunches, dinners and events.

The work is hands-on. You’re outdoors, you meet people from all over the world, and the pace follows the vineyard and the bookings. We’re looking for reliable people who want to learn the job.

Where we need people

  • Hosting and leading vineyard experiences, in Italian and English
  • Service at lunches, dinners and events, weddings included
  • Vineyard work: winter pruning, summer canopy work, hand harvest
  • Bookings and guest contact (email, phone, WhatsApp)
