Fresh cheese made before your eyes, then breakfast among the vines
An authentic experience in the heart of Sardinia, in the quiet of the vineyards and the scents of the countryside. Together with a local shepherd you watch fresh cheese being made on the spot: the shepherd shows you how the curd is broken and guides you step by step, so you can get your hands in and make your own cheese.
Then it’s breakfast outdoors with local produce: the cheese you have just made, fresh ricotta, pecorino, organic honey from our bees and coffee. This is Sardinia before the tourists arrive. At the end you take home a piece of the cheese you made.
