They apply however you booked. Weddings and private events follow their own contract.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deposit.<\/strong> For the Pasta Lab culurgiones, lunch or dinner in the vineyard and the vineyard snack (merenda) we ask for a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. We send you the payment link with the confirmation: the deposit must be paid within 48 hours, otherwise the booking is released. The balance is paid at the winery on the day. If fewer guests come, each missing guest follows the same refund table.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Late arrival.<\/strong> Let us know on WhatsApp; we wait up to 10 minutes. After that the experience may be shortened or cancelled, with no refund.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Weather and cancellation by us.<\/strong> Experiences run all year. In light rain or wind we may adapt the programme, with no refund. If we cancel, you choose between a free date change and a full refund.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Refunds.<\/strong> We refund within 14 days to the original payment method, with no fees. Do the same rules apply?<\/summary><p>Yes, for every booking channel.<\/p><\/details>\n<details><summary>Can I transfer my booking to someone else?<\/summary><p>Yes, free of charge.
