Cancellation & refund policy
These terms apply to all Colline del Vento vineyard experiences in Località Brennas, Villasimius: tasting, lunch or dinner in the vineyard, picnic, Pasta Lab and wine trekking. They apply however you booked. Weddings and private events follow their own contract.
Deposit. For the Pasta Lab culurgiones, lunch or dinner in the vineyard and the vineyard snack (merenda) we ask for a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. We send you the payment link with the confirmation: the deposit must be paid within 48 hours, otherwise the booking is released. The balance is paid at the winery on the day. The deposit follows the same cancellation and refund rules below.

Groups and private experiences (marked as such in the confirmation): full refund if you cancel more than 7 days before, 50% from 7 days to 72 hours, no refund within 72 hours.
Date changes. Free up to 48 hours before, once per booking, subject to availability. If fewer guests come, each missing guest follows the same refund table.
Late arrival. Let us know on WhatsApp; we wait up to 10 minutes. After that the experience may be shortened or cancelled, with no refund.
Weather and cancellation by us. Experiences run all year. In light rain or wind we may adapt the programme, with no refund. If we cancel, you choose between a free date change and a full refund.
Refunds. We refund within 14 days to the original payment method, with no fees. Vouchers last 12 months, can be transferred and cannot be exchanged for cash.
How to cancel. Email booking@collinedelvento.it or WhatsApp +39 351 6761870 with your name, date and time. Because experiences are leisure services on a fixed date, the 14-day EU right of withdrawal does not apply.

I booked via WhatsApp or phone. Do the same rules apply?
Yes, for every booking channel.
Can I transfer my booking to someone else?
Yes, free of charge. Just send us the new name before the experience.
Does the experience run if it rains?
In light rain we adapt the programme. If we cancel, you choose between a new date and a full refund.
Can I use my voucher for a different experience?
Yes, for 12 months on any vineyard experience. You pay only any difference in price.
One guest can’t come. Do I still pay?
With more than 48 hours’ notice, that guest is refunded in full. With less than 24 hours’ notice, their share is due.
When will I get my refund?
Within 14 days, to the original payment method, with no fees.
Can children join? How much do they pay?
Yes, children are welcome. Prices depend on the experience:
- Vineyard wine tasting: children aged 0–9 don’t pay, while young people aged 10–17 pay €10
- Wine trekking in the vineyard: children aged 0–9 don’t pay, while young people aged 10–17 pay €10
- Lunch or dinner in the vineyard: children aged 0–9 don’t pay, while young people aged 10–17 pay €30
- Vineyard snack (merenda): children aged 0–9 don’t pay, from age 10 full price
- Vineyard picnic: €10 for all guests under 18
- Shepherd’s breakfast, Pasta Lab culurgiones and vineyard yoga: full price for everyone
Children’s tickets follow the same cancellation rules.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, dogs are welcome.
