Make culurgiones with your own hands, among the vines
Learn to make culurgiones in Sardinia itself, in the Colline del Vento vineyard in Villasimius. It is a hands-on workshop on one of the most iconic dishes of Sardinian cooking: fresh pasta filled with potato and mint, sealed by hand with its signature braid.
Guided by our experts, you make the culurgiones from start to finish: dough, filling and the traditional closing technique. Then you sit under the carob tree and enjoy them fresh, with local starters and a glass of Sardinian wine.
